Returns & Exchanges

• Due to hygiene and safety regulations, beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged upon arrival.

• Any issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving your parcel, accompanied by photos and your invoice as proof.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

• Clients are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and accurate contact details (mobile number and email) with each order.

• Exclusive Image cannot be held liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the client.
