Salon Appointment and Payment Policies

Appointments & Scheduling

• Book appointments in advance to secure your preferred time and avoid disappointment.

• A confirmation message will be sent the day before your appointment.

• We kindly request early notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• No cancellation fee applies, but repeated no‑shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their treatment time shortened.

• The full treatment fee will still apply.

• Payments

• Payment is due on the day of your appointment, unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Accepted payment methods: EFT, cash, or card (where applicable).

• Proof of EFT payment must be sent via WhatsApp or email.

Outstanding Balances

• Any outstanding balance must be settled before a new appointment can be booked, unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Friendly reminders will be sent monthly for unpaid balances.

Children & Guests

• To maintain a tranquil environment, we kindly ask all clients to respect the salon’s atmosphere of calm.

• Children are welcome only if supervised at all times.

Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before your treatment.

• If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

Product Orders

• Limited quantities of products are kept on hand; please confirm availability before visiting.

• Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, with EFT payment and collection arranged for convenience.

• Out‑of‑stock products can be ordered on request.

• Orders are dispatched only once full payment has been confirmed.

• If payment is not received within 7 days, the order may be cancelled.
