• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
• Parcels are dispatched as soon as payment has been confirmed.

• All parcels are shipped via The Courier Guy:
o Economy: Flat rate of R130
o Overnight: Flat rate of R200
• Courier fees may vary depending on parcel size and weight.
• Orders over R1 500 qualify for Free Shipping.
• A waybill number will be provided for tracking once the parcel has been booked.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules.
Payment Requirements
• Orders are dispatched only once full payment has been confirmed.
• If payment is not received within 7 days, the order may be cancelled.
